How do I get an account? Accounts are created by ApplePie; this address has no sign-up of its own. Request access: alex@applepie.digital

I cannot sign in. Use the email address and password you received. Passwords of demo accounts are issued by ApplePie and cannot be reset on this site: write to alex@applepie.digital.

How do I connect Zoom, Telegram or a calendar? Integrations are switched off in the demo environment. Zoom documentation for other deployments: https://scale.splitbuild.net/docs/zoom

How do I connect an AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok)? See the MCP documentation: https://scale.splitbuild.net/docs/mcp. To disconnect an assistant open Scale → Integrations → Connected apps.

How do I export my data? Through the interface and the external API at any time. You may also ask for a copy at support@splitbuild.net.

How do I delete my account? Write to support@splitbuild.net from the account's address. After deletion there is a 30-day window to recover from a mistake, then the data is erased permanently. A request about the contents of someone else's workspace is forwarded to that workspace's administrator.

How do I report a security problem? Write to support@splitbuild.net with "Security" in the subject. A good-faith report is welcome.
