SCALE Accessibility Statement
Status of 3 November 2026.
1Our commitment
SCALE by split/build at https://scale.splitbuild.net is provided by ApplePie creative agency OG, Wagramer Straße 110, 1220 Wien, Austria (see the legal notice at https://scale.splitbuild.net/imprint). We want people with disabilities to be able to use the pages and the application, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
2Conformance status
Partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA.
- The public pages — home page, product pages, sign-in, password information, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Support, Legal notice, Data Processing Agreement, MCP documentation and this statement — were checked in both the light and the dark theme with an automated test (axe-core, WCAG 2.0/2.1 level A and AA rules) and have no reported violations as of the date above.
- The workspace application behind the sign-in has not been audited in full. Automated checks are not a substitute for a manual audit, so we do not claim full conformance.
3What we did
- Text and interface components have a contrast of at least 4.5:1 (3:1 for large text and interface elements).
- Lists, headings and form fields use proper markup; every form field has a label.
- Everything on the public pages and on the sign-in page can be used with the keyboard alone, and the focus is visible.
- The interface language is announced to assistive technology and changes with the language you choose.
- Every public page has its own page title.
4Known limitations
- The product illustrations on the home and product pages are decorative images of the interface; they are not described in text.
- Parts of the workspace application, such as drag-and-drop boards, the call and meeting screens and the rich-text editor, have not been tested with assistive technology and may not be fully usable with a keyboard or a screen reader.
- Some documents, for example files uploaded by workspace members, are not accessible; ApplePie does not control their content.
5Feedback and contact
If you cannot use a page or a feature, or you need information in another form, write to support@splitbuild.net (or alex@applepie.digital) and name the page and the assistive technology you use. We answer within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, Vienna time) and try to give you the information or fix the problem as soon as possible.
6Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 3 November 2026 from the automated test described in section 2 and our own review. We review it whenever the public pages change significantly.
